Epsilon is a friendly, team based environment with a unique management structure that has lead to Epsilon having the highest staff retention rate in our industry sector (over 90%) an excellent customer retention rate and one of the highest commercial growth rates in our industry  sector (our average growth is over 25% per year for the last 5 years). At Epsilon we write the companies business plan for each year 'together' as a company and self-determine our goals, working environment and company structure. We have 'open book' accounting and management practices. In an atmosphere of trust and support we developed our people to the level they wish to rise to, including courses, higher education (to Masters level) and self development.

Where you will work....

Epsilon have invested heavily in staff facilities at our new 16 000 square foot state-of-the-art facility located 10 minutes from Chester- this includes a fully equipped staff gym, table tennis room and football table, a large fully equipped canteen that seats 30 people and quiet rooms/libraries.

Who you will work with....

Above everything Epsilon has achieved in the last seven years, we are most proud of the people we have put together and the way they interact, our people work hard and enthusiastically for each other and our customers. The Staff and Directors organise many 'out of work' social functions, Epsilon have paid for and provided time off for sailing courses to competent crew and skipper level , golf and ski trips to Spain and many 'wet and wild' weekends in Wales! We have active mountain biking and photography clubs at Epsilon  (with a prize competition monthly) and have organised many 'extra curricula' trips such as 'running the bulls' in Pamplona and climbing Kilimanjaro (2007).

Urgently Required

Technical Sales Engineer/Manager. Working with the Business Director to sell and support Epsilon's Services globally. We will make the remuneration package work for you with no glass ceiling.

Technical Lecturer/Training Manager. The position will require delivering training on ATEX related matters, designing and maintaining courses and has the potential to develop in to a Training Section Managers Position. The position would also develop articles and information for the Epsilon User Group and e-media training solutions. The ability to deliver training to electrical engineers is a prerequisite, but business development skills would also be highly advantageous.

ATEX and CE Certification Engineers. If you have experience in ATEX Certification, DSEAR or CE Marking, we want to hear from you! We have a full order book and are looking to attract new Certification Engineers- Remuneration packages are flexible; pension loaded, part time or home based, we have the ability to structure unique packages to keep our staff happy (that's why we have the best staff retention rate in the industry).
